My cat's didnt like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat was too scared to use it. I dont know if it was the crystals he didnt like or that it raked but he would only look in it and never go in. My other cat used it a couple times without the rake on but I noticed that it would get stuck in the grates.

We're so sorry to hear one of your cats has been so unsure about this new box! To help your cat adjust, we would recommend leaving the box unplugged for awhile, and mingling some of their old litter in with the new and a bit of crystal in with their old. This helps blend scents and textures and helps cats adjust to litter changes, and having the box unplugged will ensure your cat is not being deterred by new sights or sounds, etc. If your cat is still unsure after trying these steps, please get in touch with us. Good Idea, poor results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wanted to love this but unfortunately not the case. First, my cat never once used it and i’ve had it for some time now. Secondly, the crystal litter is not as great as it’s made out to be. I’ve done my own research on it and it’s just not rated great. Also, not only is crystal litter more expensive, but you also have to buy the replacement box for the bottom, so it’s added cost. I would say maybe this would be good if regular litter could be used and the base was reusable. Love the concept, just ultimately didn’t work out for me or my cat.

We're sorry to hear your cat has not yet used their box, Jessica! \n\nMost cats will acclimate to crystal litter with a few steps and a bit of time, even if they're unsure at first. If you have not yet done so we would recommend mingling a bit of crystal litter in with your cat's old box and a bit of their old litter into the crystal tray. A cat owner dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an absolute lifesaver for me, I have two cats and anybody who is a cat owner knows the maintenance of having to scoop is very time-consuming to avoid bad odor, the odor control on this is absolutely amazing. I get about a week out of it, but I also do have a few other litter boxes around. It is very space. Efficient fits in the corner and you would never even notice the design of it is an upscale litter box.and there is no noise level to it very minimal

And it comes with your first bag of the crystal litter and your first complementary disposable tray at the bottom! And also five dollars off for your next purchase of disposable Trey! The instructions are very clear there are slight assembling one opening the box, but there’s also a helpline if you need help! it says that it’s super quiet so it won’t scare your cat as it’s getting used to the cleaning system

Bye bye smelly frustration!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two cat, cleaning and changing their cat litter has been a bit challenging. It’s messy and smelly and expensive. This litter box has been a sigh of relief. It is a bit bulky but it works great, and it’s quiet!! I don’t smell a strong odor anymore and my cats seem to oddly enjoy it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the litter box is okay, my cat doesn’t really like it and I like that it’s self cleaning but the crystal thing really messes it up for both me and my cat. I loved it at first but then once my cat started using her old litter box instead of this one I noticed she didn’t like it anymore, it doesn’t make a lot of noise but it makes some. it’s a good litter box overall in my opinion in feedback of the size, disposal, and odor control but the rest im not so sure about… 3/5

Kinda bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really gave this one a chance, for one it came damaged with litter all in the mechanisms making it super loud. It’s massive and takes up a lot of space, we could smell it after a single day, theres almost no seperation of the dirty litter so it gets everywhere and just smells horrid after two days. The cats were terrified of it. I gave it three stars being generous.
