Average features for a dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new dryer a month ago. It's noisy, and you can't keep anything on top of it as it will eventually fall off due to vibration, which is really odd. My old dryer never did that, I had stuff on it all of the time. It's rather annoying.

Supurb Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of this appliance is amazing! My husband left tissues in his pocket and went through the washer. I thought Oh no, I'm going to have to shake lint off of all of these clothes. I put them in the dryer and the dryer got every bit of the tissue lint. I was SO surprised! I love this dryer I only wish that it had a side opening door instead of drop down and I wish that the lint catcher was inside of the machine by the drum instead of access on the top of the dryer. For performance I would rate it a 5 star appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the Whirlpool dryer it replaced, the latch pin at the top of the door catches on clothes when putting them in. The feature "check vent" frequently comes on even though we just had the vent from machine to outdoors professionally cleaned and we clear the trap on the dryer each load.

What does review title mean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had dryer a few weeks. So far functions well. Like the convenience of top lint screen. Easier to clean. When delivered and "test" run by installer it was loud rumbling sound, still continues but may be natural sound. Was sorry user manual (quick start) is so brief and limited. Went online to find that Whirlpool site offers nothing more. Disappointing. Like all other major appliance manufacturers only a one year warranty. Doesn't bolster confidence in product.
