Sorry for anyone who has to deal with Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this nice simple dryer to go with the washer as we wanted the set. I wish we would have just kept the old dryer. This one worked for about a week. Then it wouldn't even turn on. Tried calling Whirlpool, that isn't happening unless you have about an hour to waste. Called them everyday for about 12 days. I had to hang up on waiting most the time as I had other things to do. The call back never worked for me. When they called back it rang once and then were gone.
Finally got though and finally got someone to look at it. It has been about 45 days and we are still waiting for the scheduled appointment for the new parts to be installed. So yeah, one star as it still doesn't work.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
