[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will only have Whirlpool appliances. I love my Whirlpool washer. It is so quiet and the clothes come out clean, soap residue free and soft.
The installer was thorough and the service man was very knowledgeable .I had a service man out within the first ten days because of a thumping noise during the washer spin cycle. Turned out, it was the drain hose vibrating against the back, Simple fix. No charge. Thank you!
