No user manual, takes at least an hour to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine takes at least an hour to do one load of laundry. It did not come with a user manual. When I went online to search for one I am required to pay for the manual. Really bad business practice. Finally, I tried to wash a regular sized blanket (not heavy) and when the load was done it was soaking wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good quality for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer 2 months ago and I am happy with it overall. The washer is louder than my last Whirlpool washer, which is disappointing. My last machine was only 6 years old when the bearings went out on the basket which led to my need for a new washer. I was told basket in this machine is designed to move more freely due the speed of the spin cycle, so I'm hopeful this machine will last longer than my last one. It took me some time to figure out how to get the machine to deep fill to my liking (by using the max water plus pre-soak buttons) but once I figured that out, I am much happier with the machine. The machine did not come with a user manual, so I had to contact customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AWFUL WASHER, I’m sorry to say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TERRIBLE! I have tried several different loads of wash, always following the recommended instructions, and the cycle never cleans the clothes properly, never uses enough water and the end result is that the clothes do not look or smell clean. The only way I can get a halfway decent wash is to use the MAX water level every time and load the washer moderately, never more than 1/3 of the tub. I do not like the impeller and wish I ordered the regular agitator type instead.

Not Bad, but not great

However, I am a little disappointed in the appearance and dated quality. I did my research and read all the reviews. I knew this machine was slightly smaller than my previous Samsung, but everything I read said it would not be noticeable or make any difference. Well, it is actually smaller in physical SIZE – I thought the sizing was only in relation to the inside. So, it is most definitely noticeable!
What I mean by dated quality is that the controls and the overall appearance look outdated. Whether this leads to a quality issue, I really don't know at this point, but I would guess the quality is lower than Whirlpool's newer models. I also believe the price was inflated. I purchased this as a "Presidents Day" sale. If I had paid the full price I would have returned it.
