How is this better?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so familiar with my 12-year-old washing machine but had to give it up. Now with this new washing machine, it has so many different features and it does different things during the wash cycle. I don’t know which way is up anymore. I don’t know what’s normal.
AND… it takes a lot longer for wash cycles than my old one.
I’m not pleased with this set up.

Like the clear lid a smooth edges

I like the clear lid. It allows me to see what’s happening in the bin. The smooth edges make it easy to keep a clean look to the washer’s appearance. Works beautifully using less water, while gently cleaning the clothes. The lid is easy to open and loading and unloading is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with our new Whirlpool Top Load Impeller Washer. Our clothes are very clean and the washing process is very efficient. Like all the options and ease in selecting the washing cycles, water levels & extra rinse cycle. Love the glass top and ease of putting the detergent into the dispenser. Like the agitator and also the ease of removing it when washing linens. Very happy with my Whirlpool Washer and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Good washer, but not quiet and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer seems to work just fine, but it is not as quiet and easy to use as our previous Whirlpool Cabrio washer. Although there is documentation online, I don't feel the owner-operator documents provided at delivery were detailed enough to ensure an understanding of operating procedures and washer settings were not explained. There was no discussion of regular cleaning procedures easily available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer Out-of-Balance and Loading Tips
An unbalanced load occurs when the laundry is unevenly distributed, typically during the spin cycle. This can result in:
Symptoms: Loud noise, excessive vibration, reduced spin speed, longer cycle times, and wet clothes.
Self-Correction: The washer attempts to self-correct by adding water and rotating to redistribute the load. If it fails, it may display an error message or stop spinning, requiring manual load redistribution.
Key Solutions for Optimal Performance:
Proper Loading:
Place clothing in loose heaps evenly around the agitator/impeller.
Never overload the washer (clothes should be no higher than the top row of wash basket holes).
Avoid adding too much water, as this reduces cleaning action.
Heavy or Bulky Items:
Check the care label to ensure the item is machine washable in a top-load washer.
For highly absorbent items (quilts, blankets), distribute them in a doughnut shape around the impeller.
Wash two or three similar bulky items (like rugs) instead of just one to help balance the load.

Washer Level:
The washer must be level, with all four feet firmly on the floor. If it rocks when pushed diagonally, it needs to be leveled to prevent excessive noise and vibration during the spin cycle.

THIS WASHER MAKES A LOT OF NOISE DURING THE SPIN CYCLE? IS THAT NORMAL OR DOES MY WASHER HAVE A PROBLEM? ALSO, THERE IS NO END OF CYCLE SIGNAL. IS THAT NORMAL? AND i RECEIVED NO REMOVAL AGITATOR PART AS IS DISCUSSED IN THESE ONLINE REVIEWS.
