Easy to use and cleans very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 weeks ago washes and spins very well,the one thing I dont like it does not have a dispenser for fabric softener and with lid lock down i don't how to add.

Good but learning to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought the washing machine. It seems to work well. My primary concern is that it is really loud and screeching when the water is being filled into the machine. I don't know if this is how the machine is or whether something is wrong with it.
