Great quality, very simple/basic features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our washer last week. It isn't fancy and the features are simple - but it does everything we need and does it well. We have already used the removable agitator feature for our comforter, and tried out most of the settings.
1 feature we miss is a seperate spout for fabric softener with a timed release, but thats a small thing. Overall - a great product

Love the washer so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and matching dryer as a set and they are great! I love the options of taking off the agitator so you can put larger items in the washer and not have the agitator too hard on your clothes

I've been able to wash muddy camping gear in here with no issue - presoak and double rinse assure even the dirtiest items get clean! I also love the removable agitator. Dog beds and large comforters are no longer an issue to wash in this house. Affordable and totally worth it!

The only problem that annoys us is the fact that there is no possibility of putting softener in the washer. It's very frustrating. This is not something common. Putting softener on has been completely normal for over 45 or 50 years. Why remove this possibility. THANKS.

Questioning my decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine stopped working within 2/3 days from date of purchase. Serviceman had to replace the electrical board. Apparently, this is a known issue and replacement part was available.
That being said, am extremely happy with how clean my clothes are! Machine is very quiet and capacity is awesome.
