[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my machine for a month and I think it is an excellent appliance. I like all the pre-programmed features on all the different cycles. So far I have not had to add any extra options to any of the cycles that I have used. I especially like the removeable center agitator which gives more room for bulky items. The machine spins items out so well that it is taking less time in my moisture-sensing dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mixed feelings

I nearly always have to rerun the cycle or use the drain and
spin cycle to get them spun dry enough to put in the dryer.
I may have a repairman come check it. The problem isnt a balance issue.

I really wish it had an end of cycle buzzer. I also miss the detergent dispenser.
