[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really unimpressed with this machine. The milk frother dumps water into your drink before releasing any milk and the quality of foam is poor. We will stick with our Inissia and Barista.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this Machine

I've had this machine for several years, not sure how long. This is my 3rd machine and I absolutely love it! I have a cappuccino with an espresso shot every day. The milk frother give me a great hot steamed milk and froth. The espresso adds just the right of hit.
I have no. problems with this machine. I do clean the froth everyday, and descale when Im alerted to the need.

Waste of Money

Absolute waste of money. Wanted to upgrade my old Nespresso machine (with the separate frother machine). Now I have this garbage that barely frothes, gives a watery milk product, and even the extraction of coffee itself tastes like water. Have tried all sorts of cleaning "remedies" with no luck. Ready to give up on Nespresso altogether.

This product is not working like i wished to. When i cleaned up all parts seperatly in the dishwasher it broke. 0/10 do not reccommend !!! Gatito not approved

Love the features and ease of making drinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this in and set it up. It makes so many different types of coffee drinks. My personal favorite is the Macchiato. I am honestly surprised with how easy it is to use. And how good the coffee actually is. When my wife and I are done making a drink for the day we just put the milk container in our refrigerator. It’s so easy to take off. It also has a nice size footprint in our kitchen. It’s not too big, which I was a little concerned about. I have it sitting next to my regular coffee maker for when guest come. I am very happy to have added this to my kitchen.
