This coffee machine is a game-changer! It brews rich, flavorful coffee in minutes and is super easy to use and clean. Every cup tastes like it came from a café!

This is our second machine of this type. Very dissappointed as it does not work on the milk side any more. Descaling feature is a problem
Once you have gone through process it won’t return to normal function. Lights keep flashing.
Won’t dispense milk properly. It stops during process and lights keep flashing. This is our second machine and won’t purchase another one but will go with a different make. These machines are not cheap but have problems and the company don’t seem to be fixing them. Our first machine had to be returned four times now our second machine will have to be returned for repair.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Glad we got if for our new white kitchen, After having an original red machine thats been wonderful and still going strong. - Only one suggestion and key design flaw, the electrical cord is BLACK.. the entire product is white driven, why didn’t is have a white cord?

Gran Lattissima- wonderful, but not perfect.

Let me start by saying I purchased my machine just before COVID went crazy, so I have had it well over three years. It works wonderfully, but it is not without its quirks. I almost exclusively use it for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos. People that are having trouble are likely not fully understanding the directions for maintenance.
I always prime the RCS before making milk drinks by running the self clean cycle followed by dispensing hot milk. As soon as the RCS begins dispensing milk I press the hot milk button to stop the cycle. Empty and rinse cup and make my drink. This is why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5. The drinks are always 5 out of 5 and hot.
The only real issue I have ever had is that the the selector knob of the RCS got chewed up in the garbage disposal. Called in, and entire replacement RCS was on the way and was reasonably priced.

Disappointing

Unfortunately I have to agree with other commenters that the milk frothing function on this machine is disappointing, especially considering the price of the machine. I typically use whole milk, and the temperature and texture of the milk froth is inconsistent at best and watery at worst. I have a Vertuo and separate milk frother that give better results for a third of the price. Can't recommend this machine.

Have been using nespresso original machines since 2001. For last 10 years been using a Latissima Plus and this replacement is just as good if not by far a better overall machine. Easier to use, clean, very consistent shots, etc. Just fantastic so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using my regular Keurig and also enjoyed my coffee pretty much. My 14y/o son introduced me to Nespresso. I did not know much about it other than expresso machines. Then I started researching on Nespresso machines. Once I learned about it never looked back. I did not plan on buying Lattissma Gran since it's the more expensive. But once I checked it out and all of its features, I just could not resist. Now that I have owned it for a month I am so proud that I bought it. There are so many ways I can customize it depending on my liking. It's a great way to enjoy your Latte, macchiato, or whatever it is that fits your taste. Buy it and Enjoy it. And also it looks great on the kitchen counter.

I have had this Nespresso machine for about 3 to 4 years now. It has always worked beautifully and the coffee is ridiculously amazing! I have not had any issues with it & I have tried all of the features, every size, with the frother and without. Best machine!
