Not the same Quality Machine

We had a Lattissima for years and loved it. When I bought the Gran Lattissima, I had the same level of expectations. Unfortunately, the machine is entirely unreliable. The milk frother has never worked properly, and I clean it thoroughly. The level of coffee dispersed for the same coffee selection varies each time. We absolutely hate this machine.

Got two machines, both broke down within a month. Issues with the milk frother.

Wish we just bought Latisma pro the machine we had

This machine is flawed design . The bottom fills up with water and there is no way to empty without unplugging the machine and turning over dumping water into a bowl and dismantling everything to clean. Need to do after every use. I want to exchange. We just got it yesterday. I’m so upset. U have high hopes think the newest will be best and it’s not. Now I need to pack it all it and ship it back. Pain in the butt. I wish they would have warned me. Just told me to buy the latisma pro.

Horrible machine

I absolutely hate this machine! I have had espresso makers for over 10 years and I just ordered this one. Never had a cup of coffee the full mart never works I’m on the phone with customer service all the time. This is the second machine that they sent me and it’s still not working properly

Works great until it DOESNT!!!

Machine worked well for about a year -year in a half, until the frother button plus the latte macchiato button stopped working so therefore no froth at all! great machine until it wasn't so am Super disappointed in Nespresso overall. I have had probably over 5 -6 machines in the past 15 years and I am pretty much done with Nespresso machines. They inevitably will stop working and I am sick and tired of sending back for repairs.

It does not put the right quantity in for some of the coffees. Cappuccino it only fills the cup half way.

We recommend filling your water tank with hot water (not boiling, as this can damage the tank) Tap water is perfect, just as hot as it can be, and placing the tank back onto the machine and allow the hot water to sit in the tank on the machine for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, you can try to run the priming cycle through the machine. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Don't waster your money!

Dont waste your money! Nothing but issues, leaking water and the frother is useless, I have wasted $$ on capsules ruined after watery milk if and when it works. Spent hours on video calls, machine returned twice, hard to believe they performed any repairs, spend 10-15mins trying to get the milk to froth every morning is truly frustrating, been through the usual, full milk, shake the milk - descale every 2 mths rinse after every use. So disappinting as love the coffee, better off with a cheap espresso machine and stand alone frother frother

Features are not very practical

I have been a member since 2001 and had many machines, my last was a Latissima Pro silver great machine which I had for almost 5yrs. It stopped heating and after attempted repairs replaced it with the Gran Latissima black. It has been only three days but at first look noticed many inconveniences: 1) the icons do not light up, just the circles so you don't know what you are pressing and you have to use a flashlight; 2) the bottom drip tray is not removable, so machine has to be disconnected and held upside down to empty liquid tray; 3) disposing of used capsules is tricky as container fills with excess liquid and has to be emptied carefully; 4) no led light (like the Pro) to see the density of your espresso while dripping; 4) the little moveable container to raise your cup for an espresso is impractical as it tipped easily and spilled my caffe!!! too many buttons increases the chances of breakdowns, who was the genius designer that came up with this design (sarcasm!)? So far, Capp and espresso coming out fine but after reading other reviews I'm crossing my fingers...the rating I gave is strictly for quality of machine's operation! All this info was taken down by repair operator.
