Nespresso is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my third Nespresso machine a week ago, and I am so happy with it. The old one, Lattissima is stil working, I bought it exactly 15 years ago, I will donate to a friend. The new machine had more coffee options, self cleaning, descaling messages, easy to use the coffee tastes good. I love it, highly recommend it.

Not worth the $$

When I first started using my machine I loved it! Great latte's and fun to use. 3 weeks into using it, the milk frother no longer works and the volume of liquid in each cup on the same selected setting is very different. I kept it perfectly clean according to directions, descaled the machine, did a factory reset, nothing fixed it. For the high cost of this machine I am super disappointed and now unsure of what to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Espresso not so great milk dispenser

I have had my machine for over a year and the espresso brewing is great, I enjoy it. My biggest complaint would be when trying to brew a cappuccino or use the hot milk or foam feature. It seems the machine dispenses more hot water than milk. The milk dispenser was one of the features that drew me to this particular espresso machine yet i find myself never using it because of the previously mentioned issue.

Not the same Quality Machine

We had a Lattissima for years and loved it. When I bought the Gran Lattissima, I had the same level of expectations. Unfortunately, the machine is entirely unreliable. The milk frother has never worked properly, and I clean it thoroughly. The level of coffee dispersed for the same coffee selection varies each time. We absolutely hate this machine.

Got two machines, both broke down within a month. Issues with the milk frother.
