[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to have my coffee daily sometimes multiple times a day. This is great because it's ready for me when I need it. I like that it does not use cots, so I'm not brewing through plastic. Overall, it's great I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This maker is fantastic. It comes with a charcoal water filter which was amazing to me. It works great and is easy to setup and use. It has many options such as bold, gold, and cold coffees. I made bold and it was very rich. I love that it has the whole pot option or just a cup. This is a high quality coffee machine and I recommend it to anyone who drinks coffee.

Nice Drip Coffee Maker

I love the design and find it to be sleek and complimentary to my kitchen and it would fit most if not all kitchen decor. I love the light up buttons. It was easy to program and easy to set up, especially the automatic brew which is a must on school mornings. I love that it counts down the 2 hour automatic keep warm function so there's no guessing how long it's been on or how long i have left. I love that there's a cold brew option as I find that'll come in handy this summer. I like the removable basket filter holder and that it works with my existing #4 cone filters. I like that I can choose a bolder brew and a variety of sizes if from individual mugs to half or full carafes.
Now what I don't like so much. I am not a fan of the charcoal water filter. My current machine doesn't use one and I have the worst time remembering to change them and it's an added expense. A minor issue is there's no cold coffee accessories. My current machine has a milk frother attachment that folds out and I enjoy using it for my cold coffee drinks. It's not a make or break deal for me, but it's nice having the option to use it with it being attached to the machine. One thing I really don't like is it's loud. I have a small child with sensory issues and he says it's too loud and covers his ears. My husband has complained about the volume as well and there's no way to lower it. It's not a total deal breaker, but it does make me feel bad using it before anyone else is up..

Great all in one option for coffee lovers😊❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Multiserve Drip Coffee Maker is a great all in one option. I would consider myself a coffee connoisseur and I typically would use my espresso machine for coffee but this gives me more options especially for cold brew. The design is also very modern and it is user friendly.
