Great variety of settings for hot or cold brew cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MultiServe KF9270 Drip Coffee has been a durable and versatile coffee maker. I can make a single hot brew or cold brew coffee as well as a full pot on the weekends when my husband is home or just a half pot. I use the Gold Brew setting with the gold filter that's included in the package for a tasty cup of coffee. The convenience of having the reusable filter saves me from having to spend more money on paper filters. Although you can use them if you prefer. It's easy to use the timer to start in the a.m. before you wake up and easy to fill the removable water holder. This machine is an all around great multi-use coffee maker and gets my recommendation.

Surprisingly sophisticated pour for a simple machine

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Braun coffee machine, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. As a coffee enthusiast who often enjoys pour-over brews at home, I found the flavor and extraction of the Braun coffee machine to be comparable to my homemade brews.

The worst coffee maker!!!!!! The temperature of the coffee is low that even the honey does not melt.

Nice cold brew option but large.

Versatile coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty cool coffee pot. It offers several ways of making coffee- over ice, cold brew, and drip. I especially like that the machine has the option to make smaller servings that can go directly into a cup rather than just the carafe. The machine has a shelf that safely holds the cup to pour the coffee directly into. The water reservoir is easily accessible to fill and is removable to clean.
Overall, I really like this machine! Braun created a quality product that looks nice on the counter, too!

Great coffeemaker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, it is so pretty! It’s such a neat design and very easy to learn how to use. My family and I enjoy a good drip coffee so it’s been super useful. I haven’t used the iced coffee feature yet but will do so soon!

Enjoy our Ninja coffee pot more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Braun MultiServe Drip Coffee maker and were so excited to give it a try! Our household has been using a Ninja multi serve coffee system for several years and was ready for a new machine. Out of the box, the Braun maker was more attractive, with mostly stainless steel coverage. Setting up the machine was no issue, but we did notice a few things right away that we didn't like. First off, the area where you put the grounds in has a door that swings up. Our cabinets are not so low, but what I would consider normal in an 80/90s built kitchen. With that being said, this pot can not go under the cabinet unless you want to pull it out every time you want to use it. The Ninja pot has a convenient coffee ground loader that swivels out towards the front. Secondly, we noticed while doing the cleaning cycle through loudest 'beep' upon cycle completion. We hoped that maybe on a regular cycle that it wouldn't make the noise, but no dice. We start our coffee making in the 5am hour, so not ideal when the rest of the household is sound asleep.
In terms of how well it makes the actual coffee, we haven't had a decent cup in weeks. It seems to inconsistently brew either way too strong or way too weak. We have experimented with different amounts of scoops, but we just haven't been able to get it right. Thankfully, we still have our old trusty Ninja around, and we will be going back to that!

Tasty but slow.. will not replace my other machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee had a great taste but overall not very impressed with the machine. I started by making an 8 oz cup and it took a long time to brew. The coffee was really hot which was great and the taste was good. We set it to automatically make a half carafe in the morning and that was easy to set up. The coffee was tasty and it turned on no issue but took awhile to brew the half carafe and the half size was only 5 cups. I am used to a bigger coffee pot. Cleaning the pot was tough because my hand didn’t fit inside and I had to use a bottle brush.
