A versatile drip machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this coffee maker daily for over a month now, and my overall impressions are quite positive. Using this coffee maker is easy and straightforward, and there are several brew settings that also make it more versatile than your typical drip machine.
The taste of the coffee using the Bold setting is better than the taste of coffee from our last machine, which was another highly rated one from this same brand. I prefer a stronger cup, and this setting delivered. The Gold setting is a bit too light for my tastes, but would probably be useful to others that don’t like their coffee quite as strong.
The biggest highlights of this coffee maker are its single-cup brewing and cold brew capabilities. Single cup brewing allows for a variety of different types of cups or mugs to be used, from travel mugs to glasses, and is very convenient if you only need one cup to go. The cold brew setting is surprisingly good, and brews you a legitimate cup of cold brew within 20 minutes. Just pour in your grounds, let the machine do its thing, and then either fill the rest of your cup with ice or pour it over a glass of ice if you used the carafe. As mentioned I like a strong cup, and you can get the cold brew VERY strong depending on how many grounds you use.
Another thing I appreciate is the ability to easily remove the water reservoir and fill it directly from my fridge instead of using something else to pour the water in. The only inconvenient thing I’ve noticed so far in using the machine is that the top of the carafe is a bit small, so my hand can’t fully reach in to clean it. If you have small hands or don’t mind using a bottle cleaner it’s a non-issue.
Overall, I'm happy with this coffee maker. It fulfills its purpose, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee reliably, and also now lets me drink some cold brew in the afternoon if I need an extra boost. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new drip coffee machine, whether or not you plan to use all of its features.

Great All Around Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a welcomed addition to this coffee loving home. My wife and I have different preferences when it comes to coffee. She likes decaf and I enjoy all the coffee I can get. This product delivers when it comes to the ability to meet our needs. It can brew just one cup as small as 8 oz or up to a full pot. This is perfect for us. The ability to brew cold brew quickly and also brew iced coffee is a welcome addition to for when you want something different. Each brew delivers a smooth great flavored coffee drink. On more clever feature is the coffee scoop doubles as a clip to keep your coffee beans fresh. This is an all around powerhouse for a coffee lover.

marvelous coffee machine

I’m impressed by the machine being able to make BOTH delicious hot coffee and cold brew! I normally go out for my iced coffees, but I really like the cold brew from this machine.
I grind my beans fresh daily, and I feel this machine captures a lot of that fresh taste as opposed to others I have had.
All in all, this is a very good machine and I love using it for all my coffee needs! Looks great on the counter too.

Smooth tasting coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great. My wife and I have been using another popular machine for years, but this machine was quickly taken over. It was very easy to set up and use. The cold brew function definitely set this over the top for us. We love our drip, hot coffee in the morning but also love to have an ice coffee in the afternoon. This machine allowed us to choose the ability to make a full pot (or individual cup) of amazing, great tasting coffee in the morning, and then make a single cup of iced coffee in the afternoon without the need for using another machine. The functionality and ability to switch from cold or hot coffee is amazing. The flavor and taste is never lost and you get to ensure that you get the strength of coffee that you like. Would definitely buy this product over other high end machines.

Great Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this coffee machine for so many reasons. There are so many options available for what you can make. You can make a single cup cold brew, over ice single cup, larger servings of cold brew or over ice. They along with the hot coffee were nice, very hot, and strong. Some of the other features I love are "keep warm" timer. It is a really smart and convenient coffee maker. My favorite part, that as a nurse who works night shift, I usually stop for a coffee before my shift, it is silly for me to make a pot of coffee at night for just myself, but this allows me to stay home for a few minutes longer at dinner time with my family rather than run out to get my drive through coffee before it closes and I have to head into work.
A couple of things that take getting used to are remembering "gold" vs "bold" options and which option requires a filter and which one doesn't. I also think the directions could be laid out a little easier to the reader, but once you are used to the settings, how much coffee for how much water, it is a great machine. Delicious, hot or cold coffee, in many different size options. Super, super convenient!

The taste of the Cold Brew is really good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I am not a coffee specialist, I can say that the Cold Brew from this coffee maker is very good and although the making time is a little prolonged due, around 30mins todo witch is something normal of this type of coffee. In any case, it is faster than waiting more than 8 hours with the coffee in the refrigerator or overnight. I followed the coffee quantity measurement according to the instruction manual and it feels very intense. It is very easy to prepare and I am honestly surprised by the quality of flavor of this Cold Brew. On the other hand, the functions of the coffee maker in general and the multiple types of coffee I can make in different quantities are very useful, actually in my personal situation. My husband and I like coffee in different ways and this one fits our needs. Because after read the instructions once, the operation of the coffee maker is very dynamic and friendly. And of course the Auto On to make any type of coffee with a specific schedule is probably my favorite feature.

The perfect coffeepot for true coffee enthusiasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee system is beautiful, modern, and sleek. When I took it out of the box, I loved how slim it was, and how pretty it looked on my countertop. This is a pot that you would not mind having displayed in the kitchen on the counter at all times. The carafe has a nice sleek shape as well, and I love that it is also lightweight. It is glass, but it is very easy to remove from the base, and pour yourself and others a cup of coffee without it feeling heavy or awkward in your hands.
There is a piece attached to the inside area where the carafe sits, that allows you to pull it down to put a travel cup into the system to brew different travel size cups! This is great if you need to get moving quickly, or want to take coffee with you on the go.
This system allows for over ice, cold brew, bold, and gold standard coffee. The measuring system is in ounces, so you have to be sure to know what conversion to actual cups that you want when you are brewing a pot. The adjustable levels are easy to maneuver, using the pretty silver knob to toggle into the amount of coffee you want to brew. The water reservoir holds a large amount of water, which cuts down on the amount of times you need to fill the system - which cuts down on prep time in the mornings.
No matter what type of coffee style you chose to brew, you will get a full bodied, and strong cup of coffee. There is nothing less than the gold standard, so if you want to enjoy the full flavor of whatever coffee you are using here, this is the way to go!
You can set a timer to set up automatic brewing - which is a great time saver in the morning, and can choose a half or full carafe based on the number of cups of coffee that you need each day.
This system considers a cup of coffee as 5oz, so you have to keep this in mind when using the double sided scoop - so that you don't make a cup that is stronger than you would like.
Overall, this is a beautiful coffee system with tons of added features to provide you with plenty of options to meet your coffee needs.

Different but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have enjoyed using the MultiServe Plus KF9250 Drip Coffee machine! It is nice to have different options on brewing volume sizes and the ability to have cold and hot brewed coffee. It took a bit of time to get the ratio to match our preference. The recommended brew tends to be stronger than we prefer. I like that some mornings I can just brew one cup before leaving for work and some mornings I make a full pot for all adults at home! It was pretty easy to navigate the various options once I consulted the manual. However, I do not love the glass carafe, I am nervous to crack it while cleaning, and the temperature of the coffee does not hold as well as with an insulated carafe. Another feature I really appreciate is the removable water reservoir! It fits easily into the water dispenser bay in my refrigerator, which makes filling with filtered water a breeze!
