[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Nespresso Vertuo next after traveling to Europe and loved having daily morning cappuccinos. Nespresso has so many different pods to chose from. I Love the aeroccino to warm the milk with light airy froth to add to my hot coffee but even more happy with the cold froth that the aeroccino makes for my iced coffee in the morning. It makes a cold froth that is perfect with my iced leggero coffee. A few sprinkles of cinnamon makes it a perfect morning wake me up that I can’t wait to wake up to! Definitely starts my day with a smile. Sooo good!

The greatest invention ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I decided to splurge and buy the Nespresso even though we already had a similar machine. We are so happy we did! The little things, such as the pod dropping into a container automatically, or, not having to figure out how many ounces of water needed for each pod, has made our life easier and more enjoyable with each cup of coffee we drink!! We love how frothy the beverage is as well. The strength of the brew is perfect each and every time.

Planned Obsolescence

Bought this model today, because the one we were given for Christmas in 2019 simply quit filling the cup beyond a 5 second stream. Tested this one and it works fine, except it's a lot noisier. Hope it lasts longer than the 3 years and 2 months the previous one did.

Thank you for your review, Juan. We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction. We’re pleased to provide some tips to help alleviate your machine issue. It is normal for all Nespresso machines to make some noise during operation. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise:
• New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time.
• If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder.
• The machine should be stable, with rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing it may cause an abnormal vibration.
• The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. Sitting your machine on top of a rubber mat or folded kitchen towel can help eliminate the noise.
For best maintenance for your machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
