Delicious coffee/ espresso, finicky machine.

Delicious coffee/espresso, but a finicky machine. We bought this in the spring of 2020, and have used it daily. The machine has been leaking for some time, even hours after running it. Now it’s not brewing consistently. I have tried troubleshooting, but that does it seem to solve it.

I received this machine as a Christmas gift. I loved it for about one month. Then it only worked intermittently. And now 10 months later it’s collecting dust on my counter. DO NOT BUY THIS!! It’s a defective machine and I have no recourse to fix the issue or get a refund. Please learn from my experience. I am so very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Reliability

I went through two Vertuo Next machines each with severe leakage issues. Never again. Finally moved to the older Vertuo Plus model and haven't had any issues since.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Vertuo Machine we have owned.

We recently purchased one of these, our 4th Vertuo machine, and it is the worst Nespresso machine we have ever owned. It is loud. It vibrates so much that the cup moves from under the spout causing coffee to spill. 1/2 the time the coffee is a fraction of what it should be. The spent pod holder fills with coffee to over flowing. Multiple times the machine did nothing after loading the pod and pressing the button multiple times, forcing us to reopen and try the pod again. We are returning the machine for a refund. The Plus Deluxe is a far better machine and worth the extra money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Automatic lid jams

Don’t waste your money with this machine. Constantly gets stuck/jammed open. What starts out as a quick cup of coffee an hour later still trying to get the automatic lid to shut.

Bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She had the vertuo pop+ and hated all the problems she had with the machine but loves the coffee. This one she doesn't have to hold shut to make it work. It opens and shuts automatically. Awesome 👍👍👍👍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what I’d do without my nespresso. Had a vertuo plus for years and recently purchased another to replace the one that had stopped working. Quality machine, so far just as happy with this one.
