This was a complete an utter nightmare to set up. However, after setting up it was easy to use on a day to day basis. My only real complaints with this machine is that there are no refillable pods making coffee insanely expensive, and the drinks don't come out hot....more of a very warm.

My office has one of these and it might be my favorite perk of the job. Nespresso machines are too expensive for me to have my own, but really they're not that expensive for an espresso machine. Each drink comes out perfect, frothy, and exactly what you're looking for in an espresso. My one criticism is that it uses pods which, while recyclable, are still massively wasteful and use up a lot of plastic. You can also only use Nespresso brand pods, unlike Keurig where generic pods work too, so that's an extra cost and does limit you to only what they offer.

I don’t even know where to begin. This is my favorite kitchen gadget I’ve ever owned. I absolutely adore my nespresso and look forward to making coffee in it each morning. I even bought decaf coffee to drink because I just love the coffee my nespresso makes! I will say the pods are somewhat pricey, but it’s worth it in my opinion. They also have a pod recycling program which I appreciate. If you’re thinking about getting a nespresso, I promise you will not regret it!

Love this!! My friend has this and we used it every morning and tried various different pods. It’s convenient and in my opinion, they are the best of all of the at home coffee machines.

Easy to use and the coffee is amazing. Strong and very hot. The water compartment is a little problematic because sometimes the water comes out. The coffee pads are expensive. It’s like a luxury have one of these.

This nespresso machine is an absolute game changer. At first, I was hesitant to purchase a nespresso machine due to the cost of the pods versus the cost of regular coffee grounds, but I found it to be worth it because I can use it to make iced lattes that are just as good as one I would buy out, and it costs less than purchasing at a coffee shop. For quarantine, it’s been awesome to be able to make such good coffee at home! The one I have doesn’t have a milk frother, and you might want one if you want to drink hot lattes - because I primarily drink iced lattes or regular coffee, this one has been good for me. Only one downside - for some reason, the coffee isn’t always as hot as I would want it to be. However, I also love how we are able to recycle our pods - much more environmentally friendly than a Keurig.
