Ok but not great

This replaced an original Vertuo that I used for about 3 years until it broke. I have been very pleased in general with the performance but I used the 14oz pods and that was just the right amount for me. They have discontinued the 14oz pods which is really disappointing. If I could use the 18oz pods in this machine it would not have been a big deal, unfortunately I have to buy the Vertuo Next. Which is what I would have done in the beginning if they told me the 14oz pods were going away. I am disappointed that they aren't doing anything like an attractive trade-in for customers in my situation. I am down to my last few pods and I can't decide if I am going to stay with Nespresso.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just in time for Christmas

I received my Nespresso and the frother was not in it for Christmas . I called and they couldn’t have been more nicer I got my frother today and it’s two days before Christmas. Thank you so much. If you love cappuccino like I do you want one of these machines.

I could not live

I could not live without this machine. The quality of this coffee is phenomenal. It has a foam on top (I don’t know the technical term for it.) but it’s amazing. The coffee is the perfect temperature. The machine and the pods are a little pricey but well worth it.

I have used many coffee makers in the past and this is by far my favorite. My only wish is that they would begin making knock off brand coffee pods because they can be pricey. Overall I love it though

I was blessed to receive this from Influester and I absolutely love the convenience of it. I wish there was more variety in the pods like keurig at the stores but overall it’s a great machine and the flavor is way better than the keurig.

This is my everyday coffee maker. I love that it comes with so many flavors/types of coffee pods. Only downside is that the coffee is a little expensive. Makes it very easy to use and comes out with a foamy top.

Disappointed

My machine only lasted 13 months and I am having problems getting a replacement machine at no cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
