Dented Machines!!!!!

Each machine i have received is dented……for how expensive these are that is not ok. I got a machine for Christmas it came dented. I got sent a replacement machine it came dented too??? What’s the deal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is hands down THE BEST cup of coffee ever! It's better than any coffee from any retailer or shop. Its smoother than the keurig. Every cup is velvety and perfect! I got one for Christmas this year and brought my keurig to the office

Barely a year :(

This has been a wonderful machine till month 14 hit and it's dead...ugh! Will not run only gets hot and the RED light is all I get to look at. It won't spin to descale, clean or make coffee. I am so frustrated because only 2 people use it and should last for years!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we are thrilled to see you were able to speak to a Machine Expert and your machine is being sent in for a repair. We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Creates the best at home coffee, however, the frother broke within the first few months. A lot of the components of this machine are dishwasher safe, which I appreciate.

This product makes a good espresso, once you figure out your favorite pods. A lot of them I wasn't fond of, but once I found the once I like the Nespresso life grew on me. The machine makes it quick and gives it a good crema layer. The machine is somewhat large and opens mechanically so it sometimes glitches. Overall its a great machine, but a little pricey for what it is.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS NESPRESSO MACHINE. The machine appearance is sleek and modern, and perfect size to fit on the kitchen counter (not bulky at all). It has various cup sizes and can brew coffee and espresso capsules. The milk frother is also a plus, as it works beautifully and wonderfully in frothing your milk. I enjoy making my lattes for family and friends, as they often call me a barista as I prepare their drinks. I have given this as a gift to a friend as well, and they rave about it as well. This combo is great and I would definitely recommend! #StarbucksWho?

LOVE IT! Delicious coffee everytime At first I didn’t think that frother was necessary, but the frother is it’s amazing- it’s a little expensive but still way less then Starbucks- highly recommend it
