Have been only been using my machine for a week but absolutely love it so far. Coffees taste great!! Easy to use

2 machines died in less than 2 years.

We have had 2 Vertuo Plus machines that have lasted 11 months then died. Today I was told that my issue was over heating or the thermal unit was bad. Both times the machine stopped working was after sitting for 24 hours. Both times Nespresso offered to repair the machine. So what do I do while you are repairing the machine? How long will it take? Note, we have different Vertuo model in our 2nd home that is at least 3 or 4 years old. No issues. Something about the Veruo Plus that does not seem to work for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the coffee.
I do however have 2 complaints,
Wish they had a larger size cup and it never seems to be hot enough.

No Brainer

I’m obsessed with this thing. I don’t feel any desire to get coffee from a chain near me anymore. Quick coffee in the morning before work, and a treat I look forward to when I ge get home.

Perfect Espresso at the touch of a button!

This is our third Vertuo Plus machine in seven years. We make approximately 2100 Espressos each year. We love our Vertuo Plus & would not purchase any other type of Espresso machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

10/10 love my Nespresso machine. I look forward to breakfast everyday especially for my morning coffee ☕️ i didnt even know your supposed to clean it from the inside. I just finished “descaling” it with the liquid that you have to purchase separately. Overall the coffee taste great, there are soo many different flavors and brews you can checkout at the Nespresso boutique. The machine is super easy to use do you just pop the espresso pod then and hit the start button the froth machine it’s OK. Overall I love the Nespresso machine. My favorite coffee pods are caramel and vanilla custard.

I love this machine, it’s easy to use, can do espresso or coffee and is reliable. Honestly the frother might be my favorite part, I love using it for cold foam on my ice coffees. It can be a game changer if your lazy but don’t want to give drive thru coffee all your money.

I just received my machine 3 days ago and I am in love! I just found my perfect coffee combination by using regular coffee pod and brewing an espresso pod in it. It wakes me up and motivates me to catch up with household chores, work and kids!
I would recommend this to a friend!
