I purchased it a few weeks, Looks OK, but came marked "Refurbished" with VERY bad taste, oily os cleaning solution. Cleaning did not help. Will try NEW machine

The worst coffee machine ever!

This is the worst coffee machine I've had in years. 1. I never know why that red light is blinking almost every time I use that thing. 2. There is no way to use a taller cup - the machine is built that way, so I always need to lean the cap to get coffee running in it. 3. It is way too bulky for a single-cup machine with no other features. Avoid buying it - Nespresso did a very, very poor job building that thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent machine. I love the way it makes a frothy head and n each and every cup I make. It’s a quality cup of coffee. And they have so many types of Nespresso pods to purchase too!

I really love my iced lattes in the summer time and this machine makes them taste just as good as the overpriced coffee shops and you can make it at home and I think everyone should get one of these and save money and still have top of the line coffee ☕

Refreshing morning latte in no time!

Love my Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine! It was simple to set up and start making my latte from home within minutes of unboxing! The machine is light weight and easy to move around to clean our coffee bar and fits perfect on the shelf we have designated for our coffee machine and supplies needed or store in a coffee cabinet if desired instead. There is nothing like waking up each morning to my own fresh brewed latte and knowing that the flavor will be consistent each time with the smart pods. I have saved a ton of time and money using this machine instead of eating out and it is so simple to use, I can't believe I waited this long to get a machine for home.
