[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this coffee machine. I used to get coffee everyday from a certain chain. I have been able to get better quality and save money making coffee at home with my nespresso. I cant stop talking about this product to friends.

Try to contact Nespresso about a repair or machine customer service! Good luck. I never found a way. When it works it's great. When it stops the only cure is buy another one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
