Won't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new machine made about 10 cups and now it won't work. It's loud and seems to go through the process of brewing and nothing comes out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't initially a nespresso lover as I've tasted coffee from the original line and found it a bit too bitter for my taste. I recently purchased this machine for home since it brews differently and cannot get enough of the amazing texture and taste of the coffee. I drink my coffee black everyday and make my self lattes on the weekend and both have been a true coffee shop experience. I no longer find myself at the local coffee shop in NYC as this was my fave pass time on the weekend especially. Now, I make coffee in the comfort of my living room and can enjoy my views while relaxed at home! Not to mention, I'm saving so much! Now I understand what the fuss was all about with Nespresso.
P.S customer service has been great. I had issues with not receiving some products I purchased with the machine and then I received an incorrect item as well but both times when I got in touch with the customer service reps, everything was rectified. Thank you Nespresso! I look forward to be a lifelong customer

Too much vibration

I bought this product a couple months ago after my last Nespresso machine stopped working. I’ve had my coffee cup vibrate off the drip tray 3 times now and end up in the floor with coffee all over the cabinets and walls. Never had this problem with my last machine. I’ve had to stop using the drip tray all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I really like it! The only problem I have with it is that the capsules are expensive but it's better than drinking Starbucks every day. It's also easy to use and very cool to operate.

Quality coffee
