a fun and easy way to make coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother received a VertuoPlus as a gift a few years ago, and I loved using it even though I do not drink coffee. I wanted to start drinking coffee for the health benefits, and the VertuoPlus has made it very easy. There is a wide range of coffee options and even decaffeinated versions of popular pods. I tend toward these. I like how easy it is to clean (there is a machine rinse function) and how you can pivot the water reservoir to fit your counter needs.

After a year you and your machine are on your own.

This machine was like our family member, we loved it. And any place in the world we'd go and see the Nespresso shop, we'd support it absolutely ! However, 4 years passed by, the machine, a coffee to be exact, started leaking. We called the support center, went thru the whole process that took almost 40 min to find out they can't help us. AS THE WORLD WIDE FAMOUS COFFEE MACHINE COMPANY WON'T HELP YOU IF YOUR MACHINE IS MORE THAN A YEAR OLD! SO BASICALLY THET SAY THAT 4 YEARS IS TOO OLD HENCE THE NESPRESSO MACHINE IS NOT GOOD AFTER A YEAR OR TWO.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD ACCPECT A LITTLE BIT MORE FROM THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY!!!

It's decent

The coffee it brews taste better than a Keurig and the milk frother is pretty nice. However it loses a star because it doesn't make hot coffee. It's quite disappointing sometimes to have to microwave your coffee after brewing it because Nespresso doesn't believe in hot coffee.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to learn that you are enjoying your Vertuo Plus Deluxe machine, however, dismayed to learn that you’re not able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Our Aeroccino warms the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching. Here are a couple of tips to help prepare a hotter beverage to increase your overall enjoyment: use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer, make sure the size of your cup matches the size of the blend, Clean the brew unit by following these steps: eject the capsule, close, and lock the machine, and press the button 3 times rapidly. The cleaning process will take up to 5 minutes and will dispense water from the machine in stops and starts. We recommend doing this weekly for the best maintenance.
