The Perfect Upgrade

I was introduced to VertuoPlus while on a business trip. VertuoPlus Deluxe was an excellent start to the day. Makes a perfect cup every time. So much quieter than the original espresso units. When you start at 4 a.m., and others are asleep this is a quiet and efficient system. I will need to buy several for home and traveling away from home. Love at first cup.

Don’t recommend, leaks water everywhere

Bought this machine a week ago, unpacked it and the pump was broken. Water leaked everywhere, nespresso replaced the machine. Got the new machine three days later and the new one also leaked all over the place. Haven’t been able to even try the coffee. Maybe third times the charm?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and fun to pick your next flavor.

I've had this for about a week and I am loving everything about it. It is easy to use, the quality is more than I was expecting (due to other brands that use plastic coffee pods... will never revert to that again). I was super happy that it came with a brother and it works amazing. The first cup of espresso was a success and it was so easy. Making others drinks is also just as easy. My whole experience has been very positive and I ordered the capsules and recycling bag and the process was super smooth. I would rather invest in this than keep buying coffee everyday in the coffee shop. I think the taste is just a good. I love that it is automatic when lifting the lid when you go to put the capsule in and as it lifts up, you hear a "plink" which is the previous capsule being lifted out and sent to the used capsule deposit area behind it. It holds quite a few of them before you have to empty it. It did get a bit clogged with a couple of capsules blocking the chute , but it was an easy fix and it only happened once. It's not a big deal to me. The capsules are clean and I look forward to recycling them.

Reliable, delicious elevated coffee experience

We bought this machine about 1 year ago and have used it nearly every day since with perfect, delicious coffee! Previously, we had an Original line with a milk frother and absolutely loved it. Then we decided when family comes over we should have some thing that makes a full cup of coffee for them and turns out that we absolutely love the 7.7 ounce cup and flavors. Had been thinking about upgrading to the VirtuoNext so we can make a carafe of coffee with the pour over option only available in that model. After reading reviews for the Virtuo Next, we will DEFINITELY be sticking with our reliable, perfect as it is VertouPlus until Nespresso works out the kinks in the Next model. Only draw-back on the Plus is the descaling process is WAY more complicated than the Original Line and sometime goes haywire where I’ve had to be on the phone for an hour, re-taking the machine through the whole process so it doesn’t keep thinking its needs to be cleaned again!!! But still, worth a bit of a headache every few month as or so for amazing coffe at variety of sizes. Just thought I’d share for anyone out there comparing.

Not quite love

I really like this and how it brews the coffee. It’s rich, creamy and good, but it is STRONG. I love the iced coffee pods but the majority of the other ones are too much that I wish I could adjust them strength. It does look lovely on my counter and the types of pods are diverse, though expensive.

Leaks from back

Worked great until the entire cup of coffee started leaking out the back. I always descale so not sure what happened here.

perfection every time

My husband told me about this product as he uses it as his boss's house. However I could not believe they were true. I decided to buy it for our home and the machine is incredible. We are horrible coffee snobs and this machine has us beat. Its perfection every time. I want to buy another as a back up Ive gotten so dependent on it!
