Best machine ever

Obvious design flaw!

I've had this machine for a couple of years and I get so aggravated in the morning when trying to empty the used pods. There is obviously a design flaw because they get stuck up in the top of the machine. VERY annoying at 6AM in morning!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your satisfaction as a Nespresso machine owner is of utmost importance to the Coffee Specialists at Nespresso. We recommend pulling the two prong wires that grabs the capsule away from each other to loosen the grip.
If this tip does not remedy your issue, we recommend troubleshooting over the phone with a Coffee Specialist. My wife and I bought our Nespresso machine about 2 months now and it's the best investment, we used to drink Starbucks everyday, and now with our new machine it makes cups of coffee that are the best coffee we've ever tasted, I'm giving this 5 stars and would recommend to anyone!! Thanks Nespresso!!!

I recently received this machine and am absolutely in love with it! I really didn’t think I would love this enough to stop getting coffee from the coffee shops but I look forward every day to my espressos, lattes and coffees! Obesessed!!

Must buy for a coffee lover

I bought this machine a month and a half ago and have it used it every day, multiple times a day since! I love the versatility because it can make espresso shots or a full cup of coffee. It makes delicious drinks and I can’t imagine ever not having one again!

So easy to use and makes delicious coffee

I currently have 4 different ways to make coffee at my house. (Moka pot, pour over, etc.) I am in love with my Vertuo. The machine is so easy to use my 4 year old can make my coffee. (She a actually loves doing it. Haha!) I am now looking to purchase an OL to take with me on vacations. 🤣 The coffee is also delicious, and you can make a variety of sizes with the VL machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
