Since getting the machine, he has fallen more in love with it then me and even threw away the non nespresso machine we had. So easy to use and make a great cup of coffee, espresso as well as copy cat Starbucks drinks! We love it so much we bought one for each of our parents.

Improvement Over The Original Vertuo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the machine. I like the color and sturdiness of the device itself. The water container allows for more H2O, but it feels kind of cheap (plus the cap can be hard to get off). My main issue with it is that the top of the machine needs lots of room to open and close, and the cabinet it sits under is too low (so I have to pull it from under the cabinet everytime I add and remove a pod). If you have high cabinets or open space, you're good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
