Not worth the cost and trouble.

Mediocre coffee, finicky machine, expensive. I wouldn't spend the money if I had to do it over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!

Amazing Machine

“Virtuoso” VertuoPlus!!

Reservoir holds more water than previous. Push and brew features make it easy to use. Quieter than others as well. Highly recommend.

Love the slim design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third virtuo in 10 years. The other two are still going strong but we just keep adding them to different rooms in our house. This one with the narrow design and movable water reservoir makes it perfect for the kitchen counter. Coffee is consistently good and we would never use any other machine.
