Best coffee maker ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my machine over 3 years ago and it is my favorite kitchen appliance, so much so that when my husband and I became fulltime RV'rs, it was the only appliance we took with us! We have now given the exact same model twice as gifts, and now our friends and family love it as much as we do!

I spent an hour trying to clean my machine

I just got this for a gift and I read the instructions from front to back which was very confusing and didn’t tell me how to correctly clean my machine. I used a QR code for video help but in the 4:10 video it never showed my actual espresso machine. I tried googling the steps to clean my nespresso vertuo plus D but it came up with 10 different espresso machines but had nothing on the one I was gifted. I just wish for further users that they can figure it out more simply. Unlike my dumb butt
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. Cleaning instructions for your VertuoPlus machine can be found on Nespresso.com/help, under the VertuoPlus section. Please note: the cleaning instructions and descaling instructions are identical for our VertuoPlus C-Range and D-Range machines. We recommend cleaning your machine weekly and descaling your machine every three months.

Excellent purchase

I bought this machine about a month ago and have used it every day. It makes excellent coffee and I am a picky coffee drinker. I am a chocolatier and like to have a really rich cup of coffee with my chocolates. Really glad I chose to get the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe version, only wish they would make a carafe for this machine. Maybe in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of a two year old and I work 10+ hours a day. I need coffee, I simply wouldn’t be able to function without it. I also needed something simple to use, and fast. I love that I can brew my pods without having to stand there. I make my espresso while I dress my son and I’m good to go! It has saved me so much time and money!
