Amazing coffee and customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been our Nespresso customer for about four months. My experiences with customer service both over the phone and at a boutique have been amazing. The coffee is great quality and there is truly a coffee for everyone in your family.

Great coffee...BUT it doesn't last!!!!

Machine lasted a little over a year. It makes by far the best tasting coffee!!! My wife and I love this product; however, our beloved machine only lasted for a little over a year. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In order to better assist you, we kindly ask you to call Nespresso at our toll-free number, 800-562-1465, when you are with your machine. A Machine Expert will locate your account and troubleshoot to the best of our abilities via our Video Concierge service. If necessary, we also have repair and replacement options through our Assistance Service Program. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good machine but problems on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to call customer service because machine out of the box would not turn on. After 1 hour was able to get machine to work but not a great start for a new product. Makes you concerned about quality of product

Great gift!

First time Mespresso coffee user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I encountered the expresso only Nespresso machines during travel and I really liked it so I bought a vertuo machine. Easy yo use. Brews quickly. I have tried many varieties. My wife who rarely liked coffee now drinks coffee from this machine.

In fact, I would go to sleep thinking about the Nespresso I was going to have the next morning!! Since then I have shared my experiences and purchased 2 more for family gifts. We are one happy Nespresso family!!
