Great easy single serve coffee

After two years the machine died

Try to contact Nespresso about a repair or machine customer service! Good luck. I never found a way. When it works it's great. When it stops the only cure is buy another one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New to coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are new to drinking coffee and had a kurig. We liked it enough but mostly tasted like hot bean water. We also discovered we like lattes and macchiatos. Well the Nespresso is fantastic. The coffee is creamy and delicious.
