Actually, better than some coffee shops that I've had. Easy to use. Would love to see more flavor options for the half caf and decaf coffees. Thank you!

My online request for a replacement resulted in next day delivery of a beautiful Navy Blue machine and uninterrupted flow of excellent crafted coffee. Thank you
