[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Nespresso six months ago and loved it. Unfortunately it malfunctioned recently, but the customer support team at Nespresso got us an entirely new machine by the next day!

Great espresso maker but noisy

This machine works with the big pods from Nespresso and it works great but a big no is that it's too noisy in the early morning before work for me. It wakes the whole house up.
