Love the new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Nespresso coffee, the thick creamy froth on top is my favorite. Have had a Nespresso machine for about 3 years, but I just ordered the new automatic pod release machine, and now I feel even more spoiled. Love these new-to-me features

Great tasting coffee & excellent product support

I have been using my machine for 3+ years and I'm happy to say it still makes a consistently delicious cup of coffee. I had couple of issues with the machine (leaking and light stayed red) where I had to call for support. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable in quickly offered solutions.

Do not buy!

I’ve had this less than a year and it leaks water from the base. Took several calls before I had someone agree to repair it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why did I wait so long!?

I’m so ecstatic with my purchase! I’ve been eyeing up a Nespresso for years. I had a hand me down (dare I say it) Kerig and it was ok. Found myself seeking out other forms of getting my coffee fix. Finally decided to take the leap and I could not be happier! In fact I shouldn’t have waited so long! The milk frother elevates the experience to the next level! Im jumping out of bed in the morning to see what creation I can make next! I’ll never visit another coffee shop again. What will I do with all the money I save haha

This Nespresso Vertuo changed my life. It is hands down the best coffee maker out there right now. It brews the pods quickly, quietly, and the taste is next level compared to other brands pods/machines. Super easy to use and clean. HUGE variety of pod flavors, brews, strengths, etc. I use this baby every day and have saved so much money as I no longer purchase $7 drinks from coffee shops! Will forever recommend this Nespresso Vertuo.

Great coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned an older model Virtuo and upgraded to the Plus. The plus takes up less room, is quieter, and still makes great coffee. Nespresso coffee can't be beat!
