Was Great Until it Stopped Brewing

Loved everything about it until it decided to no longer brew coffee. It will go through descaling cycles fine but won’t brew no matter which pod I use. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tasks and nothing works. After researching online and speaking to friends that have one, I found that my issue is very common. My machine is out of warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our machine about a month ago and have used it every day. Our coffee and espresso no long tastes like burnt rubber or something that's been sitting in the pot for 3 days.

Broke after a month

After having the machine for a month, it would not brew because it would “overheat”. I only brew one cup a day so it’s not like I’m overusing the machine. I did Troubleshooting through the live chat and it fixed it for now, but we will see if it lasts. I’ve seen other people have this problem as well. If nespresso is going to charge this much for a machine, they should at least make sure it’s going to last longer than a month!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

perfect latte every time

absolutely amazing. my espresso is so tasty every single time. i got the milk frother as well and now i can make the perfect latte. i’m used to a traditional espresso machine and the vertuo next streamlines my coffee making process. it’s so easy!

This is my second Nespresso machine, my first being the Vertuo Plus. I love this one so much more than the Vertuo! The coffee is delicious and this machine is easy to use and clean

Great tasting coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for about a month and the quality of the coffee is very good. I started using Nespresso Vertuo years ago, I think it was the original version and always loved the coffee. My old machine died after several years (I had bought it used) so I got a new one. This one is much quitter than my older machine and less bulky. I am very happy with the product.
