[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works fine, but right out the box the latch didn’t seem to work properly in the down/unlock position, slipping out of the notches and not staying down. Its my second Nespresso machine and the first one lasted about a year and a half (the warranty is 1 year) so I had to buy a new machine after many calls to customer care and time spent trying to fix it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Coffee Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best coffee ever! I’ve had my Nespresso for 5 years and there is no coffee that compares to Nespresso. They do quick shipments too. I’m never going back to my Ninja or any other home coffee machine. Whenever I have people over and they have a cup of Nespresso, they all comment this coffee is so good!

Love the Coffee not the Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker when it spins the coffee capsule sometimes seems to be off balance and it makes a lot of noise and dumps most of the coffee in the capsule holding tray, which is the reason for my lower rating. This units life is relatively short lived.
I would recommend this to a friend!
