Don't buy this. Waste of money.

I finally threw this machine away. My wife bought it for me last December and I have struggled trying to get it to work reliably. So frustrating. I've tried cleaning, descaling, plugging-unplugging, turning off-turning on. Today I was so frustrated I took it out and put it in the trash can. What a piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Steve. Thank you for your review. We are dismayed to learn the Vertuo Next does not meet your expectations. To ensure optimal use from your machine, we recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this purchase. Quick, delicious coffee. Grateful for the easy recycling of the pods, that was my biggest concern about getting a single use machine like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this one about a week ago, my last machine stopped working recently, lasted about 2 years, it was the better one. This one is simple enough to use, and I like the water-tank design. Feels elegant. The coffee itself Never fails to Deliver great taste. I am a happy camper as of now.
