Great coffee but...

I bought this machine 8 months ago and have had problems with it prior to today. But today it completely stopped brewing and kept throwing errors even after descaling, and doing a factory reset. My machine is completely clean but broke for unknown reasons. I would avoid the vertuo next at all costs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Be cautious

I received this machine as a birthday gift and it stopped working a few months after. I did not use it daily or abuse the way you put in the pods so I was so curious why it stopped working. It was not even a year old and I bought a bunch of pods. This machine is disappointing I love the nespresso brand but this machine was the least favorite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling us to create your Nespresso account, register your Vertuo Next machine, and speak with a machine expert to troubleshoot your machine, in a one contact resolution. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We’re available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for your convenience. We’re confident you’ll be back to your Nespresso coffee ritual again soon.

Lovely little machine. Its easy to refill with water and i like that the pods are collected in the little compartment. Only downside for me is doing the milk spereately. I do like the tassimo where the milk is done the same as the coffee

We have had to replace this twice in the first year, numerous videos on YouTube of the many problems it has, so NOT recommended

The Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe is a great coffee machine. The pods are cheap. Makes coffee quickly but tastes so good. Lots of great coffee flavours for purchase
