[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this originally for Christmas and fell in love with it. I used it non stop for several months. I stopped using it for a few months and it stopped working. I called customer support and they immediately helped me with sending a new one.

Best Nespresso Machine the Vertuo Plus Deluxe love

The Vertuo Plus is the best machine I have ever owned! It brews nice hot coffee, and it works perfectly no issues like I had with the Vertuo Next which stopped working after only 6 months. I highly recommend the Vertuo Plus to anyone and let me tell you that you would love it. AAA

the worst

This is the worst machine ever. My first one only last 6 months and they sent me a replace one. The replaced one is having issues after 13 months later and it was passed the warranty. When the machine was function fine, the coffee taste better than Starbucks. The other issue is coffee/espresso not hot enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
