Smooth operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this one about a week ago, my last machine stopped working recently, lasted about 2 years, it was the better one. This one is simple enough to use, and I like the water-tank design. Feels elegant. The coffee itself Never fails to Deliver great taste. I am a happy camper as of now.

Excellent cup of coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Nespresso for almost a year now and love it. It makes a consistently great cup of coffee with very low maintenance. I really like the assortment of coffee, but would love to see more decaf options.
The only challenge I have is working with the light blinking system to get through the programming and cleaning cycles. That can be confusing...at least for me.
We love ours so much we take it with us when we travel!

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my vertuo next to the plus because I wanted a bigger water reservoir and I love the automatic switch. The plus works great and the navy color is gorgeous.
