Great & easy to use machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My work bought one and I became obsessed when I saw how much more delicious the coffee was compared to the Keurig we had previously. I liked it so much I started buying the pods just to use at work. Soon I realized how silly it was I didn't just own one myself. I love the Navy blue color and the sleek look. The movable water tank is great to easily load it with water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We run around 3,500 pods through our Nespresso machine every year. The last machine last for around 4 years and I’ve simply bought the new one as a replacement. Great machine. Consistent performance and I would certainly recommend this machine.

Don't buy this. Waste of money.

I finally threw this machine away. My wife bought it for me last December and I have struggled trying to get it to work reliably. So frustrating. I've tried cleaning, descaling, plugging-unplugging, turning off-turning on. Today I was so frustrated I took it out and put it in the trash can. What a piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To ensure optimal use from your machine, we recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
