Pods get stuck

The pods always get stuck at the top. Super annoying. So before I can make a cup I have to remove the last pod that is stuck. It's difficult to get out and sometimes messy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the good flavor this machine produces and the electronic lid is excellent for my arthritic hands. The lid so easy to open and close. I also enjoy the accessories. This is my machine. The available assortment of different coffees is also perfect for my tastes.

Great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second machine I've owned , first one just stopped working. Hoping for a better outcome with the plus. I do wish it held more water but it makes good coffee. Quiet operation too.

Fast and rich full cups
