Easy to use

Works great until it doesn't. I'm on my 3rd machine in 3 years. First one only lasted a year and the replacement lasted a little short of 2 years. For the price of the machine, I guess I expect it and plan to keep replacing it since it's perfect in size for the space I have available on my counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Look for something else

Much like other reviewers, the quality on this machine is lacking. Even with proper maintenance, it went bad right before the 2 year mark. I put the pod in and click the button - Light blinks orange twice. Descaled and Cleaned - it works 1 time and then process starts over again. Tech support couldn't fix it and offered 35% off a new device since it is out of warranty. I wouldn't recommend this device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace my keurig and am thankful that I did. The coffee is much better than any keurig coffee I had. I used to drink my coffee black, however I purchased the frother and use milk in almost every cup now and it enhances the flavor. Love my Nespresso.

over Christmas vacation. I was so impressed with the crema on top without needing cream or milk. Every espresso is smooth, velvety, and delicious. I purchased my own machine and am very satisfied. All the flavors and espresso types have been wonderful. No complaints! The machine is high hayloft, easy to use, and produces cup after flawless cup. I worked as a barista for a couple years, and this makes coffee every bit as delicious as the multi-thousand dollar machine I used at work.

We immediately purchased this machine and have been thrilled. We don't have to explain how it works to visiting family, it's consistent and easy and absolutely delicious coffee. Highly recommend.

COFFEE SUPPERB NOTTHE MACHINE.

this is my third machine and yes the coffee is spectacular but the machines works good for sometime and then it starts giving problems. I do all the trouble shooting to make it work again and she does but again she stops. Now I have a dilema, I love their coffee but IO cannot be buying a machine every two years, they are not cheap. We are big coffee drinkers, we use about 200 or 300 capsules a month. Again the espresso is excellent excellent excellent but the machine is not iqual to the quality of the product. I am thinking of getting a Kourig to see how it works.
