[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Nespresso Vertuo Plus a few weeks ago and I have been enjoying it so much. I love that I don’t have to frequent coffee shops anymore and that I can make it to my liking. I can guarantee that I will have a good cup of coffee everytime!

I recieved mine as a gift 3 years ago. it's a constant battle. never hot enough. leaks after descaling. coffee is always bitter.

Had for two years and it already broke - warranty only lasts a year. Only option is to pay for a repair, which could take 4-6 weeks, or buy a new one with 35% off. I do not recommend this product at all! Be prepared to pay for another machine in 2 years.
