Don’t buy

I’ve gone through two of these things now, within two years, they’re lemons. Poor quality and poor service when trying to trouble shoot. Very disappointed with Nespresso’s “resolution”.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Double Expresso and Coffee outside of Italy

Loved it at first! But now......

I loved this machine at first, but I'm becoming less and less of a fan as time goes on. Firstly, this machine is LOUD when it is brewing a pod. Secondly, God forbid you accidentally try to brew a cup while the water tank is empty -- the machine will emit an even louder noise AND vibrate in anger. The last time I made the mistake of trying to brew while the water tank was empty, my coffee mug vibrated off the holding tray and crashed onto my floor in a million pieces, and I had to spend all day cleaning up the mess of milk and sugar on my kitchen counters and floor. Thirdly, the "brew" button on top doesn't work 50% of the time. I press it and press it and press it, and it won't start brewing the pod until my 1000th press. Guess this machine was on sale for a reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very traditional when it comes to espresso - I enjoy and appreciate the detailed and sometimes long process of preparation and extraction. I did not realize how much I liked this machine until I tried it . Sometimes you just do not have time to extract your espresso, and using a ready to go pod, avoiding creating a mess, saving so much time… it’s priceless. The pods are expensive but the cream of the espresso is just great! I love the convenience of automated espresso. Hustle free… and so convenient.

Amazing Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally said to myself this morning, “man, that tastes good.” I don’t think a cup of coffee has ever made me so happy to just exclaim that out loud. This machine is a life saver because it is my backup to my pour over coffee I brew but my grinder broke. The ease of use with the automatic open and close is awesome. The separate frother makes me feel bougie. Love this purchase!!
