Wont Brew the Grand Lungo Capsule as stated.

I bought this specifically to use with Gran lungo Capsules and it will not brew them.
Close lid, press start and it begins then stops the cycle. Capsule unused.

Awesome coffee maker

I wanted to elevate my home coffee experience and the Vertuo Next has done that! I love my machine and being able to make espresso drinks right at home. I look forward to buying more of the specialty barista creations to try different flavors.

Only good for one year

This machine is only good for one year, they replaced my first one and not the second one. It’s a bad product if it breaks down after one year. Won’t be re-purchasing this one.

Bought this to brew the larger pods. Unfortunately, I could have saved a lot of money and just bought some Folgers. What is extra annoying is that a larger cup doesn't fit under it. I also didn't realize it wouldn't brew the espresso pods until after the 30 day window for return. Really unhappy with the purchase.

Bought this last year in the sales and by far the best coffee machine I have ever had, it is used every single day, numerous times! Easy to use and clean, coffee made within minutes, and love the variety of Nespresso pods!
