Broke after six months

I used this maybe twice a week for less than six months and then it broke. Very, very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can see why these are so popular

I used this at a friends house and I was impressed. I had no idea how to use it but found it self explanatory and easy to figure out. The brewing speed was really good and the smell was amazing. This machine brings coffee shop quality coffee. The only thing that would be good would be to somehow have the water measure attached and to beep if it’s low.

Makes great coffee

I love the recipes that can be made..What I don't like is that the machine will break easily and usually only lasts a year or two before having to purchase a new one...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One day at a family get together, someone handed me a cup of coffee and I couldn't believe how good it was. I had to know what machine was used and to my surprise, it was a Nespresso machine. For year, I have been using the Keurig machine at home and although its ok, the coffee I was having at home was basically just drip coffee. Fast forward to the Nespresso experience and it was a game changer. I truly believe the difference starts with the espresso or coffee and the higher quality put into producing a superior product. The very next day after attending that party and having that great cup of coffee, I went to the mall which happened to have a Nespresso store. I took it as a sign and purchased a Nespresso machine and never looked back. I strongly suggest giving this brand a try.
