Giving Up, reliability issues

When it works the coffee tastes great. Unfortunately after less than 6 months of use and it only making 2 cups a day, it is already broke. Even with regular rinsing and descaling and using softened and filtered water it no longer works. I had an orginal Virtuo and it lasted 2 years, then I had a Virtuo Plus and it lasted about a year, and now I have the Virtuo Next. They all seem to break right after I order 10 new sleeves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A must have for your coffee bar!

This things is amazing! The quality of the coffee and brewing speed is amazing. And with the App that keeps track of it, cleaning is easy. My only issue that I wish they made off brand pods because the nespresso brand is expensive.

Not happy

Used to like this machine but stopped working how its suppose to very loud and running hard after multiple descaling also loooses power during a brew and I have to unplug and plus back in waisting my pods and time for the money I spent not happy have only a year and 2 months of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lovely little machine

I love mine! It's a little pricey for me, especially having to buy the pods that's exclusive to the machine (they're pricey too), but my espresso comes out great every single time! And I like the creama effect that it gives.. It's like a centrifuge that spins it really fast and creates a foam top while it brews.. Really cool. The tank I have doesn't hold a lot of water if I'm brewing 7 coffee pods, but I use it for espresso mainly so it doesn't bother me much. I like how it can read that barcode on the pod and it just knows what to do! Only thing I don't like is how expensive the pods are for the amount you get, the fact that I can't just use it for boiling/hot water only, there's no mode for it and it won't work without a pod unless you're cleaning it. Another thing is, it reads those barcode a little slow, which I don't care for, but it's served me well since I've gotten it. I'm happy with my purchase.

I love how sleek and high quality this coffee machine is. It’s so easy to use and I loved the selection box that came with it too. I do find the coffee quite strong compared to the pods for dulce gusto machine. This is ideal for black coffee or espresso lovers.
